Meet Brooklynn

Brooklynn Hayes is a Family Nurse Practitioner and an ISSA-Certified Personal Trainer & Nutritionist — with years on the floor as an Emergency Department nurse. That mix is the whole point: she can read your labs and write your training plan, so nothing falls through the cracks between your clinic and your gym.

She started out helping women get stronger, but kept hitting the same wall — training and nutrition alone weren't enough when hormones, recovery, and confidence were the real story. So she built a method that treats all of it together: one provider who sees the whole picture, and a plan that actually fits your life.
